During your stay: 
6 guests maximum 
No pets allowed 
Quite hours: 11 pm to 9 am (Be respectful of our neighbors they are our friends) 
No parties or events allowed 
No commercial photography 
No smoking allowed 

Additional Rules: 
No Additional overnight guests can be invited to the house other than those specified in the booking agreement. Breaking this rule will unfortunately result in us asking you to vacate the property immediately. 
Max 2 cars on the property. 
We have carefully designed the set up of our home Please keep furniture, cushions or soft furnishings around inside or out. Keep them all in the room they were found. 
Do not stick items onto the walls (decorations, pictures etc) 
An adult MUST be with kids when in the Pool area and surroundings terraces. 
 

Before you leave: 
Be respectful and before leaving collect all your trash and take it to the containers in the street located half a block from the house. 
Turn lights off.
