About us
Finally their dream of establishing a home on the Mediterranean Sea is coming true. Frank and Gustavo’s villa in Costa Blanca Spain is a work in progress. Settled in the quite area of Puerto Blanco, which sites at the base of Maryvilla, and well known for it's beautiful Spanish Villas engraved in the mountain. The Villa is positioned overlooking the stunning views of the sea,. literally a paradise in-front of your eyes with the ever changing lighting, the sound of the birds, the reflection of the sun against the mountains and sea,. Even during the busiest holidays, you will find serenity and tranquility (you will hear the sound of silence). Frank’s many years of experience in the high end Italian furniture and design industry, and his incredible attention to detail has resulted in a sophisticated yet practical set up of their villa . Gustavo’s experience in the financial industry and project management, married with his artistic background, has transformed several properties into homes with soul, using elements of their own architecture. This is the case of Villa del Farol. Combining the traditional elements of Spanish architecture and contemporary accents, Gustavo and Frank have managed to create an environment to please your eyes. Keeping in mind, for them, the transformation of their villa has just began!!!
Villa Details
Villa del Farol offers a serene environment for you to experience the privacy of it's intimate terraced garden settings. Upon entering the villa from our private three space carport, the swimming pool welcomes you. Once you are settled in and ready to explore, enjoy the rooftop terrace for martinis, the back terrace off the main living space for lunch and dinner, or up to the pool for an afternoon swim, all of these multiple terraces give you options for entertaining family and friends. No matter which space you choose, you'll be treated to stunning views of the mountains [insert mountain names], the charming town of Calpe with its gorgeous skyline, or the iconic Peñón de Ifach. The decorative environment is filled with original art and beautiful greenery, adding charm to each space.

While you scope out the area, we recommend you walk to one of the many private beaches and callas to take a peaceful swim, hike along the waters edge or just sit on the sand. If it's food you are after, there a number of walkable options, from the luxurious Puerto Blanco to the casual Oscar, these restaurants are wonderful choices. Other activities include the tennis club at restaurant Oscar, the Port Blanc marina, and various hiking trails with breathtaking views, perfect for pictures!

Private Areas
After a day of enjoying the common spaces throughout the Villa, retreat to one of the three private ensuite bedrooms. Relax in these voluminously appointed spaces where you can enjoy the views from a chaise, or put your feet up on the ottoman in-front of an easy chairs. The generous bathrooms provide ample space for preparing for a wonderful night out on the town or simply showering before your morning coffee.
In Town Calpe
​Our Villa is positioned just outside the downtown area of Calpe. During your stay, you may want to head in for a stroll through one of the many outdoor markets, amble around the old historic district or indulge in a late night ice cream along the expansive promenade parallel to the town beach. Don't worry about parking, as there's always parking within walking distance to where it is you want to go. In New Town of Calpe, you are welcomed by the hundreds of individual stores, where they sell excellent quality items such as shoes, clothing, bags, and jewelry. Stores line the shores of beaches like La Fosa and Arena, offering a vibrant beachfront shopping experience. When you get hungry, you can choose from an abundance of different types of restaurants, including Capri, Antica Roma, Lapsus Bistro, and El Bodegon de Calpe. There is a vast world of cuisine to explore, from the rich flavors of Spanish and Italian dishes to the vibrant tastes of Greek and Indian food. With so many international flavors to discover, every meal can be a new and exciting experience.

For a more historical adventure, dive deep into the ancient walls of Old Town Calpe, where medieval walls intersect with modern restaurants, museums, and art galleries. Walk around and take in the astounding environment and enjoy the buildings steeped in history. There's a wide range of events such as the annual Three Kings Day parade, and Bous Al Carrer.

Moraira is a peaceful yet bustling little town, filled with life and restaurants that abound with amazing food. The local beach in Moraira, Playa de L'Ampolla, sits right in front of the town center, offering easy access for a lovely walk. As you make your way up this 30 minute mountain drive to Guadalest, magnificent views surround you. In the small town of Guadalest, life overflows with color and history. Be sure to visit the historic Castillo de Guadalest, overlooking miles and miles of mountains and lagoons.
